Overview
We want you to feel confident choosing our Moonlight Journal Kit, Hearthside Story Deck, Tactile Sort Evening bundle, and related products. Because digital files can be copied instantly, our return rules differ between digital and physical goods. Please read the section that applies to your purchase.
Digital products
Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once delivery links have been sent or files have been accessed, except where required by law or where we failed to deliver the correct product. If you experience a technical issue such as corrupted files, missing pages, or incorrect kit version, contact us within fourteen days of purchase with your order details. We will provide replacement files or a refund at our discretion after verifying the issue.
If you purchased the wrong kit by mistake before downloading, contact us within forty-eight hours of purchase. If no download occurred, we may offer an exchange for another kit of equal value or a refund minus any payment processing fees we cannot recover.
Printed products
For printed decks or materials shipped to you, you may return unused items in original packaging within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the product price, excluding original shipping costs, provided the items are resalable. Custom-printed or personalized materials are final sale unless defective.

Damaged or incorrect items
